Absentee Ballot

If you need an absentee ballot for the May primary election, please download and complete the Absentee Ballot application or send a written request with the following information:

• Name of registered voter 
• Bucks County street address
• Address where to mail absentee ballot
• Date of birth
• Reason for request for absentee ballot
• Signature of registered voter requesting ballot
